There are no long-term contracts for web design projects. However, a minimum of six month is required for SEO services since SEO is a long term marketing strategy.
On the other hand, Google “maps” or “places” SEO (now called Google My Business) works on a month-to-month agreement. Once you see your map listing ranked within the top spots, you can cancel anytime.
We don’t have a flat rate price for web design. We determine quotes based on the level of your requirements. We will only be able to provide a quote after you fill out our “Unique Project Specifications” form.
We base our SEO pricing on the competitiveness and difficulty of each keyword as well as the number of the keywords you wish to target. We will conduct keyword research to suggest to you the best possible and profitable keywords.
We offer one complimentary revision round with limitations. If you decide to use your free round, any changes after that will be subject to our hourly rate if you choose to continue requesting changes.
The limitations of the free round are:
1. Changes may not exceed 15% of total design work.
2. Changes may not exceed 15% of the time it took to develop the initial project.
3. The complimentary revision expires two weeks from the date we delivered your final design (first preview) if left unused.
It unusual for our clients to break this limitation. They are usually happy with the initial design and only sometimes request minor changes

Depending on the total scope of the project, it can take anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks, and sometimes up to 6 weeks when it’s a big complex project. But on average, it typically takes three weeks.
The only reasons for a delay are that of which are outside our control (e.g. our office being closed due to severe storm, holidays, etc.).
Unfortunately, web design and SEO costs us a considerable amount of manual man-labor, time, and money. For those reasons alone it is not possible for us to offer refunds at our expense. All agreements are final. Please read our Refund Policy.
