    The Finance Payment Plan works as follows: You would make a small down payment immediately. Then your remaining balance will be divided into nine equal payments that are due by the 20th of each month. You must sign a contract to use this payment option. Your website will remain on Standard American Web™ web hosting for the duration of your agreement. Once you have completed your final payment, you can move your website wherever you desire. You do not have to host with us or pay for any of our additional services at that point. We would hope that you chose to remain with us, where you can purchase web hosting and/or a monthly maintenance plan from the professionals that helped you create your new website, Standard American Web™. But if not, you have the ability to do whatever you want.

    Explain your lease option.

    The Lease Payment Plan works as follows. The Lease Payment Option works as follows. You would pay a fee of $300 to $1.000 immediately, and then each month for 24 months, you would pay $250 per month by the 20th of each month for a minimum of 24 months. And upon making your final payment; you can opt to purchase your website for 50% of the original total price or renew your lease agreement. You must sign a contract to use this payment option. Your website will remain on Standard American Web™ web hosting for the duration of your lease agreement. If you opted to purchase after the expiration of your lease agreement; you can move your website to wherever you desire. You do not have to host with us or pay for any of our additional services at that point.

    SPECIAL NOTE: Please note that the leasing option does not include any of the enhancement services or products. You can, however, purchase those goods separately and have them added to your leased project. The lease agreement is simply for the development of the “Elite Website” offered by Standard American Web™.

    When are payments due?

    At Standard American Web, we believe in being upfront and transparent when it comes to our payment policies. Before we start any project, a minimum payment is required to establish the project and set it in motion. This payment amount is determined by our management team based on the specifics of the project.

    Fast forward 30 days or to the 20th of the next month (whichever comes first), and an established monthly payment begins. Payments are due on the 20th of each month and are considered late on the 1st of the following month, resulting in a late fee of 18%. But wait, there's more! If payment isn't received by the 10th of the following month, an additional 10% will be added to the already established 18% late fee. And just so you know, if payment isn't received by the 15th of the month after it's due, we reserve the right to disable the product or service.
